The show is called "Healthy Aging" and it will cover different topics of interest for seniors and their families about issues of aging and substance abuse.

The show features Joy Mitchell, Executive Director of the Vermont Council on Problem Gambling. Joy explains the reasons gambling becomes an addiction, the signs to watch for and the resources that are available to help people to recovery.
The November Healthy Aging Show is also available on line and features Katherine Clark, registered dietician talking about nutrition as we age and how drinking impacts our nutrition and health. There is also some good information about the 2 vitamins we all need more of as we get older, vitamin D and B-12. |
